Online Physiotherapy works like a virtual clinic. You have access to a physiotherapist via a video consultation. Through your consultation, your physiotherapist will assess your presenting condition by taking a thorough clinical history, assessing your movement, and conducting special tests.
Our goal is to reduce the time spent traveling to and from sessions, give access to physiotherapy services within the convenience of your own home and most importantly to help you improve your quality of life.

All Online Physiotherapy appointments start with a ‘subjective assessment’, in which the Physiotherapist will ask you a well-structured series of questions designed to discover what they need to know about your injury. By the end of the subjective assessment, the Physiotherapist should already have a very clear idea of your probable diagnosis.
The Physiotherapist may then perform some tests to conform this diagnosis. This method of reaching a diagnosis has proven to be as effective as in person consultations.
No, you do not need a referral to have an Online Physiotherapy consultation with us. However, if you wish you claim a Medicare rebate, you will need to obtain a referral.
