I decided I needed to make a change for myself and that’s where my fitness journey began. However, it was a rough road, I experienced dealing with injuries and countless setbacks. I didn’t really know what I was doing, and often caught myself running in circles.
My motivation in becoming a fitness trainer, then exercise scientist, then physiotherapist came from wanting to empower people through their own fitness journey.
After I decided to take steps to better health, my life completely changed. I became more confident, I communicated better, I had self-belief and value.
This changed the course of my life, it allowed me to meet amazing people, opened up job opportunities, and most importantly, it improved my relationships with friends and family.
My mission is to pass on knowledge and inspire you to make sustainable, long term changes to your health, and in turn your life.

We offer a tailored mentorship program designed by a qualified Australian based Doctor of Physiotherapy practitioner, Exercise Scientist and Personal Trainer.
With over 15 years of training experience, our goal is to educate, empower and spread the healthy lifestyle initiative.

A lifestyle assessment to create the perfect plan.
We assess your current lifestyle with you and tailor your fitness journey with your unique needs, challenges, motivators and goals.
We assess and discuss factors including your sleep, stress levels, availability, health status, exercise history and exercise preference.
With this we can create an effective and efficient plan to maximise your fitness goals.
A qualified online fitness mentor to guide your transformation journey.
During your program we offer tailored 1 on 1 mentorship via an online platform.
Within the mentoring session we will discuss exercise principles that include but are not limited to: exercise progressions, exercise safety, SMART goal setting and the science of exercise.
This will allow you to continue your fitness journey, empowered with the right knowledge to help you achieve your goals.
A results-focused online personal training program tailored to you.
We create an individualised exercise program tailored specifically to your goals and achieving the results that you want.
We assess your exercise history, Injury history, fitness levels and biomechanics. This allows us to create an optimum exercise program specific to achieving your goals.
Access to your tailored exercise program via a digital platform.
We give you access to a dynamic exercise program via our Physitrack app. This program can be accessed from anywhere around the world on your mobile or desktop device.
This allows us to track your progress, make an adjustments to the workouts along your journey and creates a system of accountability between you and your couch.
